And when it came to installing they were here from 18:00 to 22:00 making sure everything was working before they left. "Having had a home invasion by burglars in the early hours I fortunately managed to chase them of the premises as they were coming upstairs to my bedroom Later that morning I phoned Verisure and arranged for home visit in the afternoon Yis Hanson the Manchester branch manager called and within 2hrs I had an alarm fitted and commissioned . To say that I was impressed by his friendliness and professionalism would be an understatement he explained in easy to understand manner how the system works and payments (with no hidden costs )would work That evening I had an unexpected good night's sleep thanks to Verisure. "Leo and Leo are both polite and respectful of our property. They have patiently answered all our queries. This is the first time my husband and I decided to install a security alarm only for our peace of mind whether we are home or away from home.. We are happy and feeling proud we got this high tech gadgets from Verisure with 24/7 monitoring from real people. Just hope they won't let us down and will deliver when we need them most😉"

"I do not, and will never recommend Verisure to anyone. Firstly the salesman who originally turned up Stank of weed!! He sold me the product, all sounded good, and then got out his diy drill to try fit the door sensors on our stainless steel roller shutter doors, obviously couldn't drill through it so decided to stick it on with a piece of 3m tape. The first time the door went up...it fell off. Verisure came back three times and we still had no door sensors as they kept falling off! In the end and after and hour on the phone, I manage to cancel the contract, three weeks later and i'm still waiting for a refund of over £500. To top this all off, the salesman who initially came to sell me the products didn't have the cameras in stock so told me to order these from Amazon and he'd fit them the next day. Verisure, even though I sent proof of purchase will not refund me the £140 I paid out for cameras that are now unusable and useless!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!"
