From the start, the operations team explained everything clearly, including the importance of eradicating the mice before blocking the holes, as mice can chew through plasterboard and wood. The initial treatment worked, but when it became clear the mice weren’t eating the poison, they quickly switched to a different treatment. That flexibility and persistence made all the difference. They followed up, kept us informed throughout, and provided genuinely amazing service. If there were 10 stars available, Vermaway would earn every single one."
