Customer Reviews
"Excellent service and fair prices. We needed a replacement front door lock as the old one had become rather dodgy. Jack advised us of the options, arrived promptly and fitted the new lock so we can continue to use the existing security key. He also tightened the door hinges and cleaned up meticulously. Thank you. We could not have had a better experience."
"Jack is such a lifesaver! He is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Fixed a complicated old lock that the other locksmith couldn’t fix earlier. The price is reasonably cheap! Only half the price of the first locksmith who didn’t fix anything at all. 10/10! Thank you and would recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith"
"Jack is an ethical, professional locksmith that we are just so lucky to be able to find him on a Friday night. Otherwise we might have to use a freaking chair to block the door for the night and hope for the best the next day. The previous locksmith we paid to change a new lock but he gave up in helping when the original problem of unable to twist the thumbturn had remained so we had a door unable to lock after the previous service Instead of asking us to pay few hundred q uid to add another new lock, Jack came and fixed it completely. Not easy to find a professional locksmith nowadays but we did!!!"
"After trying for 40 minutes to open a jammed bathroom lock, I gave up and called Vos Locksmiths. Jack arrived within 15 minutes and sorted my problem quickly. He fixed it, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I highly recommend Jack and would 100% call him again with any locksmith problems or emergencies. Really friendly, professional and fairly priced."
"Absolutely excellent service. Jack arrived promptly, was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. He was very honest and fair. He left everything tidy and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I would highly recommend VOS Locksmiths to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy locksmith."
