W Butler & Son roofing

"Professional quote for repair and replacement of my roof.CORC registered and I feel thorough and competent no funny business like so many other cowboys I have encountered. William has given me so much expert advice and detailed guidance about choosing between a repair or a new roof that tell me: 1. This is an established reputable company that knows it’s business 2. I was offered a 5 year guarantee on repairs (not some fake nonsense like other company’s who fold after a few years) 3. The level of detail and guidance shows that they have a high level of attention to detail. They are not the cheapest but certainly the most upfront working to a code of conduct and not pressure selling. Every salesman who walks in the door seems Nice but ask a few questions and you can tell they are clueless. Not so with Butler and son. If you are pricing a job and want to pay for proper workmanship DEFINITELY get a quote from these guys. I think it is important to hire local- you are not chasing someone who is miles away who will never come and sort it out."

"From start to finish a fully professional service. Kept me informed of progress, problems and accurate costings, which weren't exorbitant. Workers were pleasant and willing to explain what was happening - even to the extent of describing the weather in true Yorkshire fashion when the wind was really blowing. A Yorkshire Company with Yorkshire Values - I would highly recommend them to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof."

"Excellent & fast service from William’s team for a roof repair. From initial phone call to completion of the job within the week. Would definitely recommend & use again. Thank you for your help with this job."

"We interviewed several roofers about our table top glass fibre roof which had been badly installed. Will was the most knowledgeable and showed that his team had the experience. He also has a superb CheckaTrade rating. They replaced the original roof boards with proper interlocking ones, put in heavier duty fibre and finished off all the edges better than ever before. His team also blended in the new ridge tile mortar with the old to give an even neater performance and took care to rent standing water issues. An excellent, friendly and tidy performance and a Quality job, with a long guarantee for what we think is a reasonable price. Thanks William."

"I cannot praise Bill, Will and the team highly enough. We called them just before Christmas because we saw that parts of our roof were falling off, they came out the same day and did a quick patch to make sure it was leak proof. They came back in the new year and did a ton of work on our roof, addressing all sorts of problems we didn't even know we had. They have been so kind to our family and respectful, working quickly and efficiently, and leaving everything neat and tidy. I will never entrust anyone else to do work on our roof and highly recommend them to all."
