"Richard is a great person to deal with and a reliable professional plumber, who I will always recommend to friends. He inspires confidence and makes a good impression from the outset with shoe coverings he dons on arrival. His friendly, cheerful demeanour and excellent communication continue throughout the visits and he balances efficiency with taking time to do the job well. Richard's suggestions are offered with clear explanations and demonstrations and he is clearly keen to make sure clients are comfortable with proposed resolutions and the outcome. Having called on him for a few years now I can say Richard's work is of very high standard and we've never had problems after a visit. Thanks for being there, Richard!"

Really pleased with the filter and mixer installation he did, as well as leak proofing and consultation. Very reasonable rates. "When I found a leak beneath my bath, Richard was the first person I contacted, following a great experience in the past. He attended quickly, identified the fault and had come prepared with the suspected replacement parts to fix the issue there and then. I really appreciate you coming so quickly and with the parts so that you could complete the repair there and then. Thanks so much, Richard!"

"Richard is super friendly and courteous. He turned up on time and fixed the problem quickly, charging me less than the original quote. Thank you! Work completed was: soldering of leaking pipe joint and unblocking of toilet."
