"From my initial enquiry through to installation, Wallop Energy were a breath of fresh air to deal with. No pressure to buy, and even encouragement to seek alternative quotes, meant that I felt in control of the process and able to call a halt at any time. I was provided with information about the various possibilities for my system and what was right for me. I opted for a simple solar panels scheme without battery back-up, and it couldn't have been simpler to arrange. Having paid a deposit, refundable at any point up to installation, it was good to have a price quoted that included everything with no hidden extras. My telephone contacts all took place on time, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. With a final site visit a date for installation was arranged, and it even took place earlier due to an unexpected cancellation making space in the fitter's diary. The panels were on my roof and up and running in just over 6 hours with the minimum of dust and debris. Although a little tricky to set up, the mobile app to monitor the system gives a read-out of energy generated and provides a record co2 saved.
