The property is in a conservation area and they handled the planning application with the local authority, including required drawings and legalities. First class communication throughout the process and superbly managed from the onset. The team of fitters were polite, courteous, friendly and professional. They were respectful of our property and made sure that flooring and furnishings were suitably protected throughout the seven day installation process. When it’s such a big project, there’s a great deal of anxiety and worry about getting the job done properly, but the calm and methodical approach really reassured us and each end of day the team left the property in a clean and habitable condition. Whilst they were not the cheapest, we felt the online reviews were very positive and worth the price comparatively. The only slight irritation was having to pay for the daily parking charges (pay and display area) which we felt should’ve been included given the overall cost of the project. Overall we’re very happy with the service and, more importantly, the product. Superb quality craftsmanship, superior quality materials, great team of onsite professionals from surveyors to fitters and a highly responsive back office team."
