"I was charged £160 for a repair that took less than an hour and amounted to replacing a few screws. The handyman then refused to leave the property unless I paid an additional £42 for those screws. When I challenged this absurd charge, the company claimed it was in the small print and therefore enforceable, regardless of the actual value of the materials used. They intimidated my tenant and refused to leave until payment was made. This is a deeply dishonest way to treat customers. Avoid this company at all costs."

"This review is very long overdue! The West Handyman team helped my family get a bit more settled in our new home after moving in back in April 2024. They arrived early & prepared with everything they needed to work. They used a number of tools to ensure our framed pictures, TV & heavy mirrors were hung with precision & care. Afterwards, they walked me through all of their work and gave quick recaps of what was done etc. I highly recommend them! Very efficient."

"From initial contact, each interaction was prompt, professional, courteous, and responsive. I had wooden blinds removed and replaced with new, pictures and mirror hung onto exceedingly hard walls, electrical light fitting replaced…. Arny and his colleague were so respectful, cleaning up after finishing each task and consulting with me when necessary, they both donned shoe covers upon arrival without prompting, and removed the old blinds for me - very respectful of my space. I’m tremendously pleased and will have no hesitation recommending and using West Handyman again."

"We just moved to a new place in West Kensington and hired West Handyman to mount the large and bulky mirror on the wall, and I have to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. Simple and easy booking procedure, guys arrived on time and were professional from the outset, quickly assessing the wall and discussing the best placement for the mirror. Friendly and communicative. They did a good job making sure the mirror was level and secure. They also took great care to keep the area clean and tidy after the installation, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail they provided."
