"I am very happy with the service provided by ‘Will-I-am’. William responded promptly and professionally at a busy time for them with a reasonable quote, and arranged for the work to be carried out at short notice just before Christmas. Engineers Ryan and Yasin proceeded as agreed to remove faulty shower pump, change and reconfigure the pipes accordingly, add isolation valves, etc. Ryan was also able to trouble-shoot an issue that came to light on the day and address it by replacing a faulty gate valve in order to leave the system working at its best - at no extra cost. I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with and they kept me updated throughout. Three weeks have now gone and I am pleased with the work carried out and have had no problems arising from it. I plan to use again ‘Will-I-am’ for future work, and I am also very happy to recommend them to others."
