Customer Reviews
"This is the second time I have used Joseph now. He's completely redone all three of my roofs. A lovely guy and the quality of work is always top notch. Highly recommend"
"Joseph was extremely helpful and understanding - more than happy to answer all my questions and explain clearly what needed to be done and how. He always responded quickly and was able to fit the job in at short notice. I was pleased with the work done and would reach out to Joseph again in the future - many thanks."
"Joseph was extremely polite, professional and had clear knowledge of what he was doing. His response time was brilliant and he managed to fit me in quickly. I would definitely contact again if needed. Thank you Joseph!"
"Superb. My tenants reported water damage on a bedroom wall in my SW18 property. Messaged Joseph and received a prompt reply and he came out hours later to take a closer look. After diagnosing the problem I received and accepted a quote and the work began the next day. Very satisfied with the repairs and have no hesitation in recommending Joseph and his team."
"Very happy with Joseph and his team. Excellent workmanship for an emergency flat roof repair then replacement after all the heavy rain. 5* Service. Our flat roof of 20 years finally gave way on Sunday, and we left WWR a message to arrange for assistance. Joseph called first thing Monday morning and as promised, came around by lunchtime to assess the situation. He initially cleared the drains and gutters to release most of the water trapped on the flat roof but the damage had already been done. We had no pressure to replace or repair our roof, Joseph just explained (with some photos) the problem and gave us some options and let us have time to think about it. We contacted a few other roofers, but we felt the price and service was not as good as WWR. So, by the end of the week (Friday) Joseph had totally replaced our flat roof, sealed the leaking skylights and the work is guaranteed for 20 years. I can't find anything to fault WWR on, from start to finish the whole team was working flat out, always polite, always on time and cleaned up any mess. That is why Joseph and team get 5* from us!"
