Woods Surveyors Ltd - Putney

"Woods Surveyors service from quote to survey is such a breeze, they make it so simple and the quality of their team from those answering emails and calls to the Surveyors themselves is amazing. I’ve had four survey done with this team partly because of the great work the guys at Woods did to help me and my partner not end up with properties that were money pits! Callum has done all of these surveys and I can’t praise his attention to detail, attentiveness to the client, patience and willingness to help along the way. Thank you so much guys. Keep up the good work"

"Wood's Surveyor's and in particular Nick Andrews have been wonderful. Nick helped us navigate a tricky situation with both neighbours prior to starting our construction project, within a very tight deadline. He was great at advising throughout the entire process and also advised our neighbour which in turn, allowed us to start our project on-time and with happy neighbours. His costs are very competitive and the service is second to none. Would absolutely recommend."

"Woods surveyor produced a 61 page report on the property with detailed comments and recommendations. It was a very thorough professional report carried out promptly and delivered on time. I can recommend them to anyone who needs a competent survey of property. An excellent organisation to deal with."

"We engaged Woods to carry out a property survey for us on a potential purchase. The surveyor provided a thorough report following the survey including post survey engagement via phone calls and emails. Woods were fantastic to deal with - responding in good time as well as providing excellent guidance and expertise regarding our long list of questions. We were really pleased with their service and would certainly use them again for any future work. Highly recommended."

"Callum provided an excellent service from start to finish. The full report was delivered within four days and was very thorough and easy to follow, and even before the written survey was sent, Callum called us to take us through some of the findings. He was also happy to answer our follow-up questions. Thanks to his work, we were able to identify certain issues which we weren’t aware of when we initially viewed the property. Would 100% recommend Callum."
