So I waste energy for two days for heating my flat, then I called you saying to really fix the issue and this time the engineer worked more professionally and came with all required tools. So, I don’t suggest them because it should be professional since first contact not after a consumer raise a claim for not a professional, accurate and precise service which paid anyway."
