WZ Drain Unblocking

"toilet was backing up into the shower tray every time we flushed which was grim, you can imagine. tried a few things myself, nothing worked. rang these on a Saturday morning not expecting much and someone was at the door within a couple hours. he checked the manhole first then ran a rod through, found the blockage was about halfway down the run, mostly wipes that shouldn't have been flushed. cleared it, then jetted the line properly to make sure nothing else was sitting in there waiting to cause trouble. also pointed out where the pipework dipped slightly which is probably why stuff gathers there. wasnt pushy about doing more, just gave me the info. invoiced exactly what was quoted, hourly rate same as they said on the phone. shower drains away normally now thankfully"

"started with the bathroom sink draining slow, then the shower joined in. rang around tuesday, most places said next week. these guys came wednesday morning. jetted the main line, pulled up loads of grease and hair from further down than i thought. paid by the hour like they said. all clear now"

"The drain unblocking was done properly and the result was obvious straight away. Water that had been sitting there finally cleared as it should, and the foul smell that came with the blockage stopped once the line was opened up. This was one of those jobs that needed doing right, and that is exactly how it felt."

"Needed someone to look at the blocked manhole in the garden.the crew was very fast and had all the right gear to clear the roots out.they worked through the rain and didn't complain once.very solid service and the drainage is now perfect.i will definitely call them again if I have trouble."

"They added additional charges they did not warn us about (although they said they did). The price was high to start with. Watch out for their extra costs. However, it got worse. The vacuum they used blow a valve further down the pipes creating leaks in our system. WZ came back with a series of excuses on why it was not their fault, but it obviously was as the system was working perfectly before apart from a slow drain. In the end we had to get another plumber out to fix their errors."
