"Brilliant, speedy service. We needed an out-of-hours fix on our bathroom door, and they arrived in 15 minutes. Proficient, and expert at their craft - and very kind and respectful of the home too. Thank you so much!"

"Was able to copy my only key that I had manage to snap in the front door. Excellent service, had a new set of keys in my hand within half hour of me calling to enquire. Great service"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a top-notch locksmith, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He provided exceptional service coupled with expert locksmith solutions. I had a couple of keys cut, and they turned out perfect! To this day, I will continue to rely on his services for all my locksmith needs. Highly recommend!"

"***Excellent Customer Service*** As luck would have it, my balcony door jammed on the hottest day of the year. In the evening. On a weekend. My flat was let on Airbnb and I was out of the country, so when the guests called to say the flat is like an oven and they cannot open the balcony door, I jumped right on it. You know what it's like, my income is directly dependent on positive reviews, so I was desperate to resolve the issue. After researching the internet, YourLondonLocksmith.com looked like a good company with great reviews. I called Umar at 7:30 pm. He was prompt, reliable, polite and honest-- within 30 minutes the lock problem was resolved. More importantly, he trusted me to pay him remotely (I couldn't ask my guests to pay him, of course). In this day and age, trust is a valuable commodity. I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with Umar and his service. Thank you, Umar, my London Locksmith! Happy that customer service still counts to some people."
