YY Security Installations Ltd

"Just entered the store at 4.51pm to be greeted by Alfie. I asked for a single Yale key to be cut to which he replied. ‘We close at 5 I can’t help you.’ One may assume he was busy doing other jobs but he said, ‘I need to close up why didn’t you come earlier?’ I suppose I should have considered when reading the 5pm close time to factor in Alfie’s desire to lock the door at 4.53pm. If you are looking for a basic level of customer service I would look elsewhere. I will not be returning to this establishment."

"Brilliant lock smith and safe installation service. Pragmatic and good at problem solving. Moved the safe they had installed for us in one house to a new location recently - very quick and professional"

"Very helpful, resolved the problem quickly and charged incredibly fair prices with no upselling or gimics. A job really well done and a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend!"

"We used YY to replace a lock in the front door of our flat. The lock was an unusual model, but YY managed to source it at a reasonable price. Then YY locksmith Pat installed it. It was a fiddly job but done well with good humour. Great customer service. Reliable. Would definitely recommend."

"We've used Y&Y for years, and they have always been reliable. Most recently we moved house and called them out to change the outside door locks. They replaced the locks, adjusted the doors so that they closed properly (they weren't snug against the door jamb before) and even repaired the veneer on the side of one of the doors without being asked. I'd definitely recommend them."
